The Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University made a significant advancement in expanding its international collaborations through a visit to the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) on 30 July 2025.

Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ir. Rustan Tarakka, S.T., M.T., IPM., the delegation engaged in a constructive and cordial dialogue with UTM's academic leaders. The discussions focused on prospective collaborations in joint research, academic exchange, and innovative teaching programs that could mutually benefit both institutions.

This visit underscores the Faculty of Engineering's strong commitment to fostering cross-border academic collaboration and enhancing global competencies among students and researchers.
