The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Hasanuddin, welcomed a visit from students of the BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing) Program, organized by the UPT Layanan Bahasa Unhas, on 5 November 2025 at the CoT Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Faculty of Engineering. This visit formed part of an academic and cultural exposure program aimed at introducing international students to the learning environment and academic ecosystem within the Faculty of Engineering.

The activity was coordinated by Herawaty, M.Hum., M.A., Ph.D., and received by Prof. Muh. Anshar, S.T., M.Sc-Res., Ph.D., who warmly welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of cross-cultural academic interaction within higher education institutions. Through this visit, BIPA students gained insights into the academic atmosphere, facilities, and multidisciplinary fields offered by the Faculty of Engineering.

Beyond introducing academic programs, the visit also served as a platform to strengthen mutual understanding between international students and the university community. It highlighted Universitas Hasanuddin’s commitment to internationalization, inclusivity, and cultural exchange by creating spaces where language learning is closely connected with real academic and professional contexts.

This visit is expected to enhance the learning experience of BIPA students while fostering stronger institutional collaboration between the Faculty of Engineering and UPT Layanan Bahasa Unhas in supporting international education initiatives.
