The Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University recently conducted a general lecture entitled "Introductory Course on Biosensors from an Electrical Engineering Perspective," delivered by Leon Krinn, M.Sc., an alumnus of the esteemed ETH Zurich in Switzerland.

The lecture offered a comprehensive overview of biosensor technologies, emphasizing their principles, design, and applications from an electrical engineering standpoint. Mr. Krinn elucidated the interdisciplinary nature of biosensors and their increasing significance in contemporary healthcare, environmental monitoring, and biotechnology.

The event was attended by lecturers and students from various departments within the Faculty of Engineering, who actively participated throughout the session. The discussions encompassed topics such as signal processing, sensor integration, and emerging trends in bioelectronic devices.
