UNHAS collaborates with Keio University, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Universitas Brawijaya, Universitas Syiah Kuala, and Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in conducting research on cybersecurity. This research project is part of the Community-based Research (CBR) scheme and is funded by the Asian Internet Interconnection Initiatives / School On Internet (AI3/SOI ASIA).

The initial project meeting (Kick-Off Meeting) was held at the Ubiquitous Computing & Networking Lab, Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering on January 16-17, 2023. The Kick-Off Meeting aimed to gather all partners, strengthen mutual understanding, and facilitate discussion on the strategic and operational aspects of project implementation. This research project is chaired by Dr. Muhammad Niswar.
