The Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University held a Socialization Event for the Metallurgical Engineering Master's Scholarship Program in cooperation with Huayou International Mining (Hong Kong) Limited on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 09:30 WITA, located in the Meeting Room on the 2nd Floor of the CoT Building, Hasanuddin University.

The event was attended by the Vice Dean for Partnership Affairs, the Student Affairs Manager, and the Alumni Relations Manager. More than 30 students and alumni from Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering participated in this socialization.

The session featured Pietendar Revky Manduapessy, S.H., CHCS, as the HR Academic Corporate Relations representative from Huayou Indonesia, as the main speaker. In his presentation, he provided comprehensive information about the Metallurgical Engineering Master's scholarship program at Northeastern University, including an overview of the program, application requirements, and specific conditions that must be met by prospective applicants.

This scholarship program offers opportunities for graduates of Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Mining Engineering to pursue master's studies abroad with competitive financial support, while also opening up avenues for academic and professional competency development at the global level.
